Online Registration Agreement:

1. The registration process is not complete until the Region Coordinator has authorized payment with the Region credit card or electronic check through Pay Pal.
2. Attendees cannot make airline travel arrangements until the WWME Office notifies them to do so. Travel arrangements must be made with the WWME office at least 25 days prior to the LTR Weekend.
3. The LTR registration fee is $250.00 per couple and $125.00 per priest.
4. If a couple or priests cancels 10 days or less prior to the LTR Weekend, the registration fee will not be refunded.
5. You will receive more information from the LTR team giving you more specific start and end times.
6. Homebound departure flights should not be scheduled before 5:00PM.
